20 amp Safe RV Power transfer switch with 5-20 inlet which has one terminal sideways requires extension cord with 20 amp connector or a 20-amp to 15-amp adapter. Underwriters Laboratories will not list a 20-amp device unless the inlet is rated for 20 amps.
